We have been busy reading, writing, and doing lots of math. Our class is also working on our list of how to fix things with our friends and classmates. We call this an apology of action. We have a great list of ideas already. We also completed our bus safety unit, took our test, and are waiting for all our parent forms to be returned. This coming week we have conferences on Thursday and a fieldtrip to St. John's for a nature walk and a St. John's Boys Choir Concert. Please be sure to return the permission slip by Monday for the fieldtrip. Most students will switch teachers for math during this school year. We have a new math series called "Course 1" that will prepare students for Algebra. A skill we need all students to work on is basic fact fluency. Please practice these with your child at least a couple times a week.
